Each order includes installation drawings, wiring instructions, mounting templates and the necessary accessories. After delivery we provide step-by-step installation videos and technical support to help your local team complete the installation smoothly.

Our MOQ is one piece. We welcome custom orders of any size, from a single sign for a small business to complete signage solutions for commercial projects. As a direct signage manufacturer we provide professional design support, custom production, quality inspection and global delivery for every order.

Yes. Send us the artwork and we will reproduce it in the construction that suits your project. Custom colours can be spray painted to your PANTONE or RAL reference, and metal parts are available in brushed or mirror stainless steel with electroplated finishes including titanium gold, champagne gold, rose gold, black steel, antique bronze and antique brass.

LED channel letters combine metal, acrylic and LED components. The faces are usually acrylic or metal, the sides are formed with aluminium or stainless steel returns, and energy-efficient LED modules are installed inside for illumination. We offer front-lit, backlit, RGB and RGBW channel letters for both indoor and outdoor signage.

Our standard production time is usually 7–15 working days after design confirmation and order approval. The exact lead time depends on the sign type, size, materials, quantity and project complexity. For urgent projects we can provide expedited production based on factory capacity, and we will always recommend the most suitable production and shipping plan.

Before production starts we confirm the final design drawings, specifications and installation details with you. During production we run strict quality checks including LED testing and a continuous 24-hour lighting test, and we send photos or videos of the finished sign for your approval before it is packed.

Yes. Signs are exported to more than 40 countries. Crates include the installation drawings, wiring instructions, mounting templates and accessories, and our team supports you through delivery and installation.
