Every order includes design support at no cost, because the drawing is the specification. This page explains what you receive, what we need from you, and how the approval process works so production starts with no surprises.

What the design stage includes
- A dimensioned drawing: letter heights, total width, return depth and fixing points
- A mock-up of the sign placed on a photo of your building, in daylight
- A specification sheet listing materials, thicknesses, LED and driver brands and IP rating
- Advice on legibility: whether the letter height suits the viewing distance
- Revisions until the drawing is right — production starts only after you approve it
What we need from you
- The logo or wording, in vector format if available
- A photo of the installation surface, taken in daylight
- Approximate width and letter height, or the fascia dimensions
- Whether the sign is illuminated, and if it is seen after dark
- The country of delivery and the date you need it installed
With those five items we can quote accurately, produce the drawing and flag anything that will cause a problem — a fascia too shallow for the letter depth, a font that will not survive being built small, or a wall that will not give an even halo.
Design support is free and included with every order, and the MOQ is one piece — so a single sign gets the same design attention as a multi-site rollout.
Summary
The drawing is the product: it fixes the specification, the dimensions and the cost. That is why we produce it before quoting, revise it until it is right, and do not start production until you approve it.

Is design support really free?
Yes. Drawings, mock-ups and specification sheets are included with every quotation — there is no design fee, and the MOQ remains one piece.
Can you match a design from a photo or an existing sign?
Usually yes. Send a straight-on photo of the existing sign plus its approximate dimensions, and we will draw the replacement to match, or improve the legibility if the original was undersized.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is one piece. We welcome custom orders of any size, from a single sign for a small business to complete signage solutions for commercial projects. As a direct signage manufacturer we provide professional design support, custom production, quality inspection and global delivery for every order.
Can you match our brand colours and logo?
Yes. Send us the artwork and we will reproduce it in the construction that suits your project. Custom colours can be spray painted to your PANTONE or RAL reference, and metal parts are available in brushed or mirror stainless steel with electroplated finishes including titanium gold, champagne gold, rose gold, black steel, antique bronze and antique brass.
