Non-illuminated Metal Sign

This Non-illuminated Metal Sign is manufactured to order rather than picked from a catalogue: the size, finish, lighting and fixing method are all set to your site. Mounting options include freestanding, hanging, wall mount, and the fixing hardware is specified for the surface you have. Returns are formed from stainless steel, galvanized sheet, acrylic, and the face material is chosen to suit the lighting. Send the dimensions and a photo of the site and we will confirm the build on a drawing before production — MOQ is one piece and standard lead time is 7–15 working days after approval.

Materials and Construction

Our metal sign 3d letters are manufactured with durable stainless steel and a protective PVC back panel:

• Front Panel: 1.0 mm thick stainless steel
• Metal Returns: 0.6 mm thick stainless steel
• Back Panel: PVC

Manufacturing and Size Requirements

Maximum Single-Piece Size

The maximum recommended size for a single-piece stroke or component is:

1.2 m × 2.4 m

Larger letters can be manufactured in separate sections and assembled during installation.

Minimum Stroke Width

≥ 10 mm The actual minimum stroke width depends on the character size, font, internal structure, and perforation pattern.

Recommended Minimum Character Size

• Chinese Characters: Over 10 cm in height
• Bold English Letters: Over 6 cm in height
• Artistic or Decorative Fonts: At least 15 cm in height

Small characters, narrow strokes, and complex fonts may need to be enlarged or simplified to ensure reliable production and a clearly visible starry lighting effect.

Recommended Metal Return Depth

The return depth is selected according to the character height:

• Characters Measuring 10–40 cm: 2 cm return depth
• Characters Measuring 40–60 cm: 3 cm return depth
• Characters Measuring 60–80 cm: 4 cm return depth
• Characters Over 80 cm: 5 cm return depth

Deeper returns can be customized according to the client’s installation requirements and desired three-dimensional effect.

The metal returns are manufactured from 0.6 mm thick stainless steel. Brushed and mirror-polished silver are available as standard options.
