White is a temperature, not a colour

Mixed module batches are the classic failure on a white sign: one letter reads warm, the next cool, and on a flat white facade it is obvious at night. We reserve module batches per order so every letter matches.

White letters, day and night

• Daytime: the face material and return finish decide the look — white acrylic is bright, painted metal is softer
• Night: LED density and diffusion decide whether the face looks even or shows hot spots
• Matte, light-diffusing acrylic spreads light more evenly than clear acrylic
• A white sign on a white wall loses contrast; a shadow gap or a halo build restores it

Where white letters work best

• Clinics, dental practices and pharmacies: crisp, hygienic, easy to read
• Banks and corporate entrances: neutral and consistent across branches
• Retail chains: white faces carry a coloured logo graphic well
• Reception walls: white 3D letters on a dark wall is the classic corporate combination
