What size options are available for Pylon Sign?
Every Pylon Sign is made to order rather than from a fixed size list. We confirm the letter height, overall width and return depth against your façade and viewing distance before production, so the sign suits the site rather than the other way round. MOQ is one piece, and standard production runs 7–15 working days after approval.
Can Pylon Sign be installed outdoors?
Standard builds use IP65 – IP68 components, operate from -20℃ to +50℃, and use CE, RoHS, EMC, UL certified drivers. LED components carry a 3 year warranty. Tell us the exposure and we will confirm the construction before quoting.
What warranty do you offer?
We provide a 3-year warranty on all LED components and a 5-year warranty on the structural aluminium housing. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and LED module failures under normal operating conditions. Extended warranty options are available for commercial sign service agreements.
