Aluminium Letters
Aluminium is the workhorse metal of signage: light, corrosion resistant and easy to form and coat in any colour. It is usually the right answer when the sign is large, the wall is weak, or the finish needs to match a brand paint exactly.
- Formed from 1.0–3.0 mm aluminium sheet, powder coated or spray painted

Why specify aluminium
- Weight: easier to fix to plasterboard, glazing frames and weak facades
- Corrosion resistance: no rust staining on light-coloured walls
- Formability: deeper returns and complex outlines are easier than in steel
- Coating: takes powder coat and spray paint to an exact brand colour
The trade-off is rigidity. Very large letters in thin aluminium need internal reinforcement or a sub-frame, which we design in rather than discovering on site.

Are aluminium letters strong enough outdoors?
Yes, when the sheet thickness and return depth suit the letter size. Large letters sometimes need a sub-frame for rigidity, which we design in before production.
Can aluminium letters be illuminated?
Yes. They are commonly built as halo (backlit) letters or with a front-lit acrylic face inside an aluminium return — the same constructions used with stainless steel.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is one piece. We welcome custom orders of any size, from a single sign for a small business to complete signage solutions for commercial projects. As a direct signage manufacturer we provide professional design support, custom production, quality inspection and global delivery for every order.
Can you match our brand colours and logo?
Yes. Send us the artwork and we will reproduce it in the construction that suits your project. Custom colours can be spray painted to your PANTONE or RAL reference, and metal parts are available in brushed or mirror stainless steel with electroplated finishes including titanium gold, champagne gold, rose gold, black steel, antique bronze and antique brass.
