What changes at scale
- Return depth increases to keep the face stiff and the light even
- LED module count rises sharply, so driver sizing and circuit design matter
- Letters may be fabricated in sections and assembled on site
- Weight and wind load require structural fixings, often with a sub-frame
- Maintenance access has to be designed in: a failed module eight metres up is a different job

Planning a large-letter installation
- Confirm the viewing distance and the letter height it requires
- Check the structure: fixing points, wind loading and whether a sub-frame is needed
- Decide the access method for installation and future maintenance
- Approve the drawings, then manufacture with a continuous 24-hour lighting test
- Ship in sections with installation drawings, wiring instructions and mounting templates
Send the building photo, the required letter height and the wall construction. We will propose a structure, confirm the fixings and quote factory-direct, including sectioning for transport.
Summary
Large letters are an engineering project with a graphic on the front. Get the structure, the access and the electrical design right and the sign performs for a decade. Skip them and the failure is not cosmetic — it is structural.

Questions buyers ask
How large can you fabricate channel letters?
There is no fixed limit: letters are fabricated in sections when transport requires it, then assembled and fixed on site with a sub-frame. The constraint is usually the building structure rather than the factory.
Do large letters need planning permission?
Large or illuminated signage normally does, and rules vary by location. We supply dimensioned drawings and specifications you can submit with an application.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is one piece. We welcome custom orders of any size, from a single sign for a small business to complete signage solutions for commercial projects. As a direct signage manufacturer we provide professional design support, custom production, quality inspection and global delivery for every order.
Can you match our brand colours and logo?
Yes. Send us the artwork and we will reproduce it in the construction that suits your project. Custom colours can be spray painted to your PANTONE or RAL reference, and metal parts are available in brushed or mirror stainless steel with electroplated finishes including titanium gold, champagne gold, rose gold, black steel, antique bronze and antique brass.
